1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phwin6 ("phwin6," "Company," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phwin6.cam (the "Platform"). This Agreement governs all use of the Platform, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, bingo, live dealer tables, and all associated account and payment services.

Your continued use of phwin6 following the publication of revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. phwin6 will notify registered players of material changes by email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. These terms are written in English and shall be interpreted accordingly. In the event of any translation into Filipino or another language, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The phwin6 platform is strictly restricted to persons who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law governing real-money gaming and gambling activities. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. phwin6 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on all accounts and may request documentary proof of age at any time.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is operated under and in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Access to phwin6 may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions outside the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction before registering.

2.3 Registration Accuracy. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to promptly update that information if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) phwin6 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phwin6 uses technical and procedural controls to identify and act on duplicate account registrations.

2.5 Account Transferability. phwin6 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, rent, assign, or otherwise transfer your phwin6 account or any credits or balances within it to any other person.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwin6 account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify phwin6 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phwin6 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your phwin6 account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify phwin6 of a security breach. phwin6 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in your account security settings.

3.3 KYC Compliance. phwin6 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by phwin6 for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, selfie photographs, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspended access to withdrawals or account termination.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. phwin6 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after providing prior written notice to the registered email address. Active accounts will not be subject to inactivity charges.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phwin6 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC-20 network). Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice. phwin6 does not accept payments from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name and match your phwin6 account identity.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit to a phwin6 account is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Maximum deposit limits may apply per method and per day; current limits are displayed in the phwin6 cashier at the time of transaction.

4.3 Processing Times. GCash and Maya deposits credit to your phwin6 balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) typically process within 5 to 30 minutes during banking hours. USDT deposits require blockchain confirmation and typically process within 1 to 3 network confirmations. phwin6 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are processed within 5 to 30 minutes, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, including Philippine public holidays. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your phwin6 account must be fully KYC-verified and you must have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

4.5 Withdrawal Documentation. phwin6 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership and source of funds — for withdrawal requests that exceed applicable thresholds or that are flagged during routine compliance review. Processing of the relevant withdrawal will be paused until satisfactory documentation is provided.

4.6 Currency. All accounts at phwin6 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). There are no currency conversion fees for PHP transactions. Transactions initiated in a foreign currency (e.g., USDT) are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. phwin6 may offer various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which will be clearly stated in the individual promotion description.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your phwin6 account cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the portion of winnings that meets the stated rollover (wagering) requirements is eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place total bets equal to 30 times the bonus amount before any associated winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. All phwin6 bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the stated expiry date will be forfeited automatically. phwin6 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. phwin6 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if, in its sole determination, a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; placing low-risk or hedge bets to fulfill wagering requirements while minimizing actual risk; and any other strategy determined by phwin6 to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

5.5 Right to Modify. phwin6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to a promotion's terms will not affect bets already placed in good faith prior to the change.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

6.1 Random Number Generation. All phwin6 casino and specialty games that use automated outcomes (slots, virtual table games, keno, crash games, dice) utilize independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification is maintained by third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed for all games and available within the phwin6 game lobby.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phwin6 platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering as a minor or providing false age or identity information;
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim duplicate bonuses;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human method to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players or with Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any winnings generated through exploitation are void;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime prohibited under Philippine law;
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversing deposits after the associated funds have been wagered;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phwin6 staff or other players through any channel;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to phwin6 systems, databases, or other players' accounts.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. phwin6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phwin6 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the property of phwin6 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any phwin6 content without the prior written consent of phwin6.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phwin6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming credits.

10.2 phwin6's total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your phwin6 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phwin6 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. phwin6 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose.

10.4 Nothing in this clause shall operate to limit phwin6's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

phwin6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at phwin6.cam/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phwin6 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. phwin6 will not sell your personal data to third parties for independent marketing purposes.

12. Suspension and Termination

12.1 phwin6 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phwin6 reasonably determines that the player has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

12.2 Upon termination for breach, phwin6 may forfeit any bonus balances, bonus winnings, and, where permitted by law, real-money balances that were accrued through fraudulent or prohibited activity. Real-money balances not connected to prohibited activity will be returned to the player following successful completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review.

12.3 You may close your phwin6 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of phwin6, you agree to first contact phwin6 customer support to seek an informal resolution. phwin6 commits to acknowledging dispute submissions within forty-eight (48) hours and providing a substantive response within fourteen (14) calendar days.

13.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players who are Filipino residents agree that any legal proceedings will be conducted in Metro Manila unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13.4 PAGCOR. As phwin6 operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework, unresolved player complaints regarding licensed gaming activity may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures.

14. Amendments to These Terms

phwin6 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments — those that materially affect your rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause) may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
